Key Responsibilities

As a Sprinkler Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting site surveys in alignment with client requirements and company standards.
  • Actively generating and securing sales leads for new contracts in collaboration with the Sales Team.
  • Preparing and submitting tenders to prospective and existing clients, following company procedures and quality standards.
  • Overseeing smooth project transitions by completing detailed contract handovers to the relevant departments.
  • Scheduling client appointments, researching their business needs, and delivering tailored presentations that highlight the company’s full capabilities, expertise, and experience.
  • Maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities, targeting strategic entities, and consistently driving business growth.
What You’ll Bring
  • Solid understanding of commercial and/or residential sprinkler regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer‑facing presence.
  • Previous experience in customer‑focused roles, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
