Key Responsibilities- Conducting site surveys in alignment with client requirements and company standards.
- Actively generating and securing sales leads for new contracts in collaboration with the Sales Team.
- Preparing and submitting tenders to prospective and existing clients, following company procedures and quality standards.
- Overseeing smooth project transitions by completing detailed contract handovers to the relevant departments.
- Solid understanding of commercial and/or residential sprinkler regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-facing presence.
- Previous experience in customer-focused roles, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Highly disciplined and well-organised approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a dependable team player.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking for effective problem-solving.
- Full-time position with flexible working hours (flexitime).
