Key Responsibilities
As a Sprinkler Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting site surveys in alignment with client requirements and company standards, while actively generating and securing sales leads for new contracts in collaboration with the Sales Team. You’ll prepare and submit tenders to prospective and existing clients, following company procedures and quality standards, and oversee smooth project transitions by completing detailed contract handovers to the relevant departments. Additionally, your role will involve scheduling client appointments, researching their business needs, and delivering tailored presentations that highlight the company’s full capabilities, expertise, and experience. A key part of your success will depend on maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities, targeting strategic entities, and consistently driving business growth.
What You’ll Bring
- Solid understanding of commercial and/or residential sprinkler regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer‑facing presence.
- Previous experience in customer‑focused roles, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Highly disciplined and well‑organised approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a dependable team player.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking for effective problem‑solving.
