Overview Join to apply for the Project Manager role at A&F SPRINKLERS LTD .Location: Rochdale (Remote Considered) | Department: Main Contracts | Hours: Full-timeWe\’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic Main Contracts team. This is a 360° role where you\’ll manage the full lifecycle of automatic sprinkler system projects – from design to installation – ensuring they\’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities Lead the full life cycle of construction-based projects, focusing on the design, procurement, and installation of automatic sprinkler systems.Collaborate across departments, supervise engineers and subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Ensure compliance with key industry regulations including BSEN 12845, BS9251, NFPA, and FM Global; conduct regular site audits; attend handover and coordination meetings; and manage all project documentation.Support the training and development of junior staff to contribute to a high-performing team.Prepare and manage risk assessments, method statements, COSHH documentation, and maintain accurate as-fitted drawings and project records.Collaborate with internal teams, support junior engineers, and foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.Contribute to company initiatives, training, and continuous improvement efforts.What You\’ll Bring Experience in a similar sprinkler project management role.Knowledge of BSEN 12845, BS9251, NFPA, FM Global standards.Competency in AutoCAD 2D and hydraulic calculation software (e.g., FHC).Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.What We Offer Salary – A highly competitive salary.Hours – Full-time position with flexible working hours (flexi-time).Homeworking – One day per week working from home, supporting work-life balance.Leave – 32 days of annual leave to start (including bank holidays), with additional days for length of service.Buy/Sell Leave – Buy and sell additional annual leave.Performance-Based Bonuses – Company bonus scheme, paid twice a year.Bonus – Annual bonus through our Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).Enhanced Family Friendly Policies – Increased financial support during important moments.Health & Wellbeing: Bupa Private HealthcareLife AssuranceCycle-to-Work schemeEnhanced employee assistance programHealth surveillanceWellbeing events
