The Role
Joining a close-knit marketing team of four and reporting directly to the Group Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering digital marketing activity across multiple brands. This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll have the opportunity to contribute to strategy, implement campaigns, and help drive measurable business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, building and optimising digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn
- Creating engaging ad content, graphics and marketing assets
- Supporting SEO and PPC initiatives to improve visibility, website performance and lead generation
- Monitoring campaign performance and producing insightful reports with recommendations
- Designing creative content for web, email, print, social media and showroom marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Producing video content for social platforms, including planning, filming and editing
- Writing compelling marketing copy for campaigns across multiple channels
- Building and executing CRM and email marketing campaigns to drive retention, reactivation and sales
- Supporting CRM database management and customer communications
Additional Involvement
This role offers exposure to a wide variety of marketing activities, including:
- Dealership events and sales weekends
- Community engagement initiatives
- Product launches and promotional campaigns
- Managing relationships with external suppliers, designers, printers and event partners
What We're Looking For
