We're working with a highly respected full-service marketing agency that is looking for an Account Executive to join its growing team. Working closely with the Account Manager, you'll help turn approved briefs into organised, deliverable projects, keeping work moving smoothly from briefing through to completion.
Around 75% of your time will be dedicated to a key global B2B client, managing a wide range of projects including event materials, packaging, promotional campaigns, digital assets, video content and press advertising. You'll also have the opportunity to support other agency accounts, giving you exposure to a broad mix of marketing activity.
The Role
- Set up and manage projects through the agency management system
- Coordinate multiple live jobs, ensuring deadlines are met
- Keep clients and Account Leads updated on project progress
- Liaise with designers, developers and marketing specialists
- Manage external suppliers including printers, merchandise providers and event contractors
- Monitor feedback, amends, approvals and project costs
- Previous account/project management or coordination experience, ideally within an agency or busy marketing environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of the marketing mix
- Experience working with print production processes
- Confident communicating with clients and suppliers
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of budgets and costs
- Digital marketing project experience would be a bonus
