This is a hands-on, varied Marketing Executive role where you’ll play a key part in bringing major property developments to life. From building pre-launch excitement to delivering full-scale campaigns, you’ll be involved in every stage of the marketing journey. One day you might be creating email campaigns and social content; the next, coordinating creative assets, updating websites, or supporting sales teams with launch activity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, website, WhatsApp and print
  • Supporting property launches from concept through to execution
  • Managing and updating microsites, landing pages, and websites (WordPress/Squarespace)
  • Coordinating with designers and external partners to produce high-quality campaign assets
  • Writing engaging, on-brand copy across a range of channels
  • Working closely with sales teams to drive engagement and interest in new developments

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Experience within the property sector essential
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign delivery
  • Confident across content creation, social media, and email marketing
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience with tools such as WordPress, Canva, Adobe, and Google Analytics
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
