Regional Marketing Executive (x2) Locations: Our client, a specialist within the property sector is building something ambitious and exciting and they are now looking for two Regional Marketing Executives to join their growing team. \\n\\n As a Regional Marketing Executive, youll be the boots-on-the-ground marketing partner for your region. Youll bring national campaigns to life locally, create memorable experiences for target audience, and work closely with on-site and central teams to maximise leasing performance.
Own local campaign and property marketing delivery across your region \\n Develop city and property marketing plans with operations managers \\n Capture and coordinate UGC and local content to enhance channels \\n Collaborate with sales, leasing, and central marketing teams to align strategy \\n A passion for marketing, storytelling, and creating great experiences \\n Confidence in managing multiple projects and deadlines \\n Strong communication and relationship-building skills \\n A hands-on approach with the ability to travel within your regions \\n A creative eye and curiosity for testing and learning what works \\n\\n Salary - Up to 35k + bonus \\n Hybrid working - 2/3 days on site or in the office
