A hybrid working opportunity (3 days in the office) in Worcestershire with an ambitious and growing professional services organisation. The Marketing Communications Manager will play a key role in shaping how the brand is experienced internally and externally.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing marketing team and help drive integrated communications that support business growth and engagement.
The Role
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communications strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead PR, sponsorship, and events initiatives to build brand profile
- Deliver content-led client engagement programmes to increase loyalty and advocacy
- Develop and manage internal communications to boost employee engagement
- Oversee social media strategy with digital and paid media teams
- Act as brand guardian — ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity
- Plan, write, edit and manage content across digital, print, PR, email and sales materials
- Manage content calendars, workflows, and approvals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Manage agencies, freelancers and external suppliers
- Measure performance, report on results, and optimise activity using insights
- Ensure compliance with brand, legal and regulatory standards
About You
- Proven experience in marketing communications, brand or content-led roles
- Proven experience at Manager level with people-management skills
- Strong background across PR, events, sponsorship, social media and content marketing
- Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to tone and clarity
- Solid understanding of brand management and messaging frameworks
- Experience managing agencies and external partners
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve performance
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Creative, proactive and passionate about storytelling
