If your natural habitat is the crossroads of culture, fashion and “I’ve got an idea”, then read on… A seriously cool fashion group based in the heart of Manchester is on the hunt for a creative marketer – someone who can move between brands, campaigns, influencers, creative production, social, PR & trade activity with ease & panache.
This is the kind of job where no two days will look remotely alike. One morning you’re pulling creative ideas for a campaign shoot; by lunch you’re syncing with eCom on trade pushes & by 3pm you’re scheduling socials and reviewing last week’s engagement spikes. It’s a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up, all-in marketing with a tilt towards social media & perfect for someone who wants to help shape multiple brands, not sit in a quiet corner updating templates.
You’ll dive into brand strategy, contribute to yearly planning, champion the brands internally, and work side-by-side with creative, production & design teams to bring campaigns and content to life across eCom, retail, socials and influencer channels. There’s PR to steer, collaborations to nurture, content to brief, reports to own and activations to push live. You’ll also get your hands on influencer and PR outreach, supporting with partnerships, events and talent who genuinely align with the brands’ culture and energy.
Who they’re looking for:
- Someone who thrives in the cut & thrust of agency-style pace but loves being genuinely embedded in a brand.
- Someone who can balance being creatively switched-on with commercially smart decision-making.
- Someone who’s good to be around, curious, culturally clued-up, and most important, the kind of person who adds energy to a room, not noise.
- If you’re social-first, trend-aware, collaborative, and not precious about rolling your sleeves up, you’ll fit right in.
Experience & traits you’ll need:
- Around 4 years in marketing (fashion, streetwear, sport or a close neighbour).
- A real interest in culture and the consumer.
- A native understanding of social platforms.
- Solid project management skills, and a solid understanding of the most common channels.
- The ability to blend creativity with commercial thinking & if you’ve used social media scheduling or content creation platforms, even better.
What’s on offer:
Working here means joining a fashion house where ideas genuinely move the needle, not just fill a slide deck. You get to shape multiple brands, not be boxed into one tone, one product or one channel. The creative freedom is real – from shoots to socials to collaborations and you see your work out in the wild fast. A salary of £35,000 & you’re be part of a tight team in Manchester’s buzzing Northern Quarter, where pace, personality and ambition are very much the vibe. And if you want your career to grow as quickly as the brands do, you’ll be in the right place.
