An ambitious and growing professional services organisation is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to play a key role in shaping how its brand is experienced internally and externally. This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing marketing team and help drive integrated communications that support business growth and engagement.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, marketing colleagues, and external partners to bring creative ideas to life, build strong relationships across the organisation, and deliver compelling communications that make an impact.
The Role- Develop and implement integrated marketing communications strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead PR, sponsorship, and events initiatives to build brand profile
- Deliver content-led client engagement programmes to increase loyalty and advocacy
- Develop and manage internal communications to boost employee engagement
- Oversee social media strategy with digital and paid media teams
- Act as brand guardian — ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity
- Plan, write, edit and manage content across digital, print, PR, email and sales materials
- Manage content calendars, workflows, and approvals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Manage agencies, freelancers and external suppliers
- Measure performance, report on results, and optimise activity using insights

- Proven experience in marketing communications, brand or content-led roles
- Proven experience at Manager level with people-management skills
- Strong background across PR, events, sponsorship, social media and content marketing
