An ambitious and growing professional services organisation is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to play a key role in shaping how its brand is experienced internally and externally. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, marketing colleagues, and external partners to bring creative ideas to life, build strong relationships across the organisation, and deliver compelling communications that make an impact.

The Role
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing communications strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead PR, sponsorship, and events initiatives to build brand profile
  • Deliver content-led client engagement programmes to increase loyalty and advocacy
  • Develop and manage internal communications to boost employee engagement
  • Oversee social media strategy with digital and paid media teams
  • Act as brand guardian — ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity

About You
  • Proven experience in marketing communications, brand or content-led roles
  • Proven experience at Manager level with people-management skills
  • Strong background across PR, events, sponsorship, social media and content marketing
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to tone and clarity
  • Solid understanding of brand management and messaging frameworks
  • Experience managing agencies and external partners
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve performance
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
