About the Role:

As
Product Marketing Manager
, you\’ll take ownership of the
go-to-market strategy, positioning, and storytelling
for one of the company\’s flagship brands. Working closely with Product, Sales, and Growth teams, you\’ll deliver launches and campaigns that drive adoption and measurable results.

Key responsibilities include:

Plan and execute GTM strategies for new features, integrations, and AI updates

Conduct competitive analysis and customer research within the ecommerce + AI landscape

Create compelling content: sales decks, one-pagers, demos, feature explainers

Build customer stories and educational resources that drive engagement

Collaborate with the Growth team on AI-driven campaign testing, segmentation, and personalised messaging

Track and analyse campaign performance to influence future strategy

This is a hands-on role where your work directly influences product success.

About You

You\’ll thrive here if you have:

• 3+ years\’ experience in product marketing
• Experience in
  SaaS, ecommerce, or the Shopify ecosystem
• A strong understanding of
  AI\’s role in marketing or customer experience
• Proven experience launching products to market
• A desire to grow — you don\’t need to be the finished article, just ambitious and proactive

The role starts as standalone, with plans to hire a junior into the team around
