The role: This is a business with a clear vision and real momentum. You’ll take the lead on all things digital marketing; building brand awareness, driving leads, and helping shape how the business shows up online.
You’ll be responsible for implementing inbound & outbound campaigns whilst ensuring brilliant brand awareness. Naturally, this means your marketing will involve creating quality leads which will in turn lead to continued growth and success.
Here’s what you’ll be owning:
- Targeted campaigns across email and social (mainly LinkedIn).
- Content that hits the mark — blogs, case studies, thought leadership.
- Planning and delivering webinars and strategic partnerships.
- Supporting PPC campaigns across Google & LinkedIn.
- Refining brand messaging so it’s clear, consistent, and genuinely compelling.
- Tracking performance and feeding insights back into strategy.
You’ll also help evolve the brand’s digital footprint as they grow, working closely with the founders to bring their product and vision to life.
What we’re looking for: First and foremost, this is a small business, so we need someone who is hands on, and happy to be a do-er – there isn’t anyone else to pass the work on to. You’re not precious about rolling up your sleeves, and know how to get things done.
You’ll probably have around 5 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally from tech, software, or service industries, and you must have a proven track record in B2B marketing including lead generation, campaign management and content creation.
You’ll have strong understanding of SEO, content marketing and social media marketing and will be comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, start-up environment. Any experience of HubSpot, Webflow, Figma would be useful but not essential. You must have a full, clean driving license and be willing to undergo an advanced DBS check.
