They’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of performance marketing strategy and accelerate customer acquisition, engagement and revenue across digital channels.
This is a brand-new role — ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, data-driven environment and wants to make a real impact in a scaling organisation.
The Role
- Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of performance marketing activity across paid and organic channels, working closely with external digital agencies and internal teams.
- Manage campaigns across paid search, paid social, display and programmatic channels.
- Own website performance, development and optimisation across multiple sites.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement and revenue through performance marketing.
- Develop and enhance marketing automation capabilities and marketing tech stack.
- Lead A/B testing across ads, landing pages, messaging and conversion funnels.
- Analyse campaign performance and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, forecasting spend and optimising ROI.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution and reporting across all channels.
- Collaborate with creative, content, web and analytics teams to improve UX and conversions.
- Manage relationships with media agencies, ad platforms and technology partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in digital performance marketing or paid media roles.
- Hands-on expertise across paid search, paid social, display and programmatic.
- Experience managing and optimising website performance and conversion journeys.
- Solid understanding of analytics, tracking and performance reporting.
- Experience implementing or leading marketing automation and martech solutions.
- Ability to manage agencies and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Proactive, curious and highly organised with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
