Here’s a rare chance to bring your creativity to a business with real soul. A small, growing company in the classic car and bike world, steeped in heritage but with big plans. With an expanding range of exclusive products (including their own premium line), they’re now looking for a creative marketer to help raise awareness, drive engagement, and bring the brand to life across digital and print.

The role involves being the go-to for all things marketing, from creating standout content for social and email, to designing graphics, building out campaigns, and shaping the look and feel of their website. One day you might be mocking up a print catalogue or product flyer, the next capturing content from a customer event or planning a killer Klaviyo campaign. In essence, you’ll play a key role in driving awareness and need to be hands-on, adaptable, and happy to muck in.

Their people, culture and team togetherness are second to none and a big reason why they are moving in the right direction. It’s a small business, so they need someone who isn’t too precious about what they do, and is happy to muck in wherever necessary. You will also be involved in amplifying experiences their consumers are having via online channels, ensuring social media platforms reflect the quality of the experience on the ground.

What we’re looking for: This will suit someone who’s most likely had a year or two under their belt and is able to look after the look and feel of a website, create engaging literature, social media content, and emails. You’ll also plan and execute email and data capture campaigns which are growing at an alarming rate. Your expertise in these areas will help enhance the club’s online presence, engage with customers, and drive sales.

Tech knowledge needs to include Klaviyo or similar such as Mailchimp, WordPress/WooCommerce, and a good level of proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. A perfect role for someone who has an interest in this sector, is happy to work in a small business, and able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of developing awareness and engagement through the most common marketing channels.

Attitude and temperament are key in this role – this brand has heaps of history and prestige, and for this reason, you’ll want to muck in and need a sound understanding of how to make the best use of creativity, social, and digital technology.

What’s on offer: A salary of up to 30,000, and this isn’t a job where you’ll be one cog in a big machine. You’ll have space to make an impact, build your skills, and shape how the brand is seen. The culture is supportive, non-hierarchical, and focused on doing great work, and they’re not shy about promoting from within. Based on the edge of Warrington and is primarily office based.
