Develop a 5-year roadmap for website development and digital improvements. Leverage GA4 data to provide insightful performance reports. Research and recommend cutting-edge tools to enhance customer experience and engagement. Collaborate with Group teams to align online and offline marketing strategies. What We’re Looking For: A seasoned people manager with extensive digital marketing experience. Proficiency in technical and strategic website management , SEO, GTM, and analytics. Experience with enterprise CMS systems (e.g., Optimizely or similar). Demonstrated ability to manage agencies and lead teams with a collaborative approach.
