As part of the growing Marketing Team, for this client specialising in the property industry, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring they’re delivering excellence through customer touchpoints to attract, engage, and retain their community. We’re on the lookout for a Marketing & CRM Executive who’s passionate about customer journeys, messaging strategy, and using data to drive results.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering with the Communications Manager to deliver engaging, effective journeys for both new and existing customers
  • Creating and sending communications across key channels — including email, WhatsApp, SMS, our “My Account” web app, and in-building assets
  • Supporting all stages of the CRM lifecycle — from campaign setup in ESP platforms (Dotdigital, Marketing Cloud), to audience segmentation, testing, and reporting
  • Analysing data and generating insights to refine campaign performance
  • Helping shape smarter strategies through automation, personalisation, and innovation

You’ll be working closely with marketing, sales, customer engagement, and operations teams to ensure all messaging aligns with our vibrant brand identity and voice.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–2 years' experience in a marketing or agency environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident multi-tasker
  • Comfortable with data and excited to turn insights into action
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Dotdigital, or Marketing Cloud is a bonus — but not essential
