We’re looking for a Paid Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes performance to join this award‑winning digital agency. This role is ideal for someone who loves turning data into results and wants to own paid media performance for ambitious B2B manufacturing brands. You’ll plan, execute and optimise high‑impact paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn and other platforms, driving measurable business growth. Working closely with the Head of Paid Marketing, you’ll support full‑funnel strategies that generate qualified leads, fuel account growth and strengthen our reputation as a leading digital partner for manufacturers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Planning, creating and managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and other platforms
  • Supporting full‑funnel activity, from awareness to conversion and remarketing
  • Conducting keyword, audience and competitor research using GA4, GSC, ahrefs and HubSpot
  • Writing compelling ad copy and collaborating with creative teams
  • Analysing performance and reporting on KPIs including ROI, lead quality and growth
  • Supporting tracking, attribution and conversion setup across GA4, Tag Manager and CRM tools
  • Contributing insight to strategy, planning and client presentations
  • Collaborating with SEO, Content and Strategy teams to align paid activity

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in PPC / Paid Media (agency or B2B environment)
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (Meta & Microsoft Ads a bonus)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
  • Experience with HubSpot, GA4, Google Tag Manager and ahrefs
  • Confident communicator who enjoys collaboration
  • Curious, innovative and interested in AI, automation and new tools
