As Regional Marketing Executive, you’ll be the go-to marketing partner for your region, turning national campaigns into memorable local experiences. Think open days, launch events, pop-ups, social activations and more — every day will be different, but each one will give you the chance to blend strategy with hands-on creativity.
Each piece of the puzzle is important, from a single social post through to a full-scale national marketing campaign, and you will be the eyes, ears, and organisational powerhouse of all things marketing. You’ll be a key part of their omnichannel approach, making sure every touchpoint — from a single social post to a large-scale campaign — works together to drive awareness, boost leasing, and create a seamless customer journey. Your role is to be the eyes and ears on the ground, making sure the brand connects, engages and excites at every opportunity.
What you’ll bring:
- Around 2–3 years’ marketing experience and an obsession for making campaigns land.
- You’ll know how to take an idea and run with it, whether that’s delivering slick digital campaigns or creating real-world experiences that grab attention.
- A nose for data, a talent for organisation, and experience managing external agencies will all help you succeed.
- Most of all, you’ll be a natural communicator who thrives in a buzzing team and knows how to get people on board.
- Experience in property, lifestyle or retail related sectors would be quite handy for this role, but most important, someone who’s good to be around & happy to get stuck in.
What’s on offer:
- A salary of up to £35,000 + bonus, hybrid working, and a benefits package that goes the extra mile.
- A culture that’s flat, non-hierarchical, and committed to developing and promoting from within.
- This is your chance to join a brand that’s growing fast, brimming with opportunity, and fuelled by creativity.
- If you want variety, challenge, and the chance to really make your mark, this could be it.
