This is the perfect opportunity for a “second jobber” looking to build on existing marketing experience within a major brand environment. If you’ve already gained strong foundations across consumer marketing campaigns, content and copywriting and are now looking for the next step in your career, this could be the ideal move.
You’ll join a newly created team focused on one key area of the business, giving you the chance to make a real impact while benefiting from the support, structure and career development opportunities that come with working for a household-name brand.
The RoleSupporting the Marketing Lead, you’ll help deliver engaging, multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive awareness, engagement and ticket sales. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and executing campaigns across email, social media, website and organiser communications
- Creating compelling copy and marketing assets across multiple channels
- Supporting wider campaign activity including influencer marketing, partnerships, out-of-home and radio
- Planning and delivering campaign activity that drives audience engagement
- Using campaign performance insights to help shape future recommendations and improve effectiveness
- Managing and maintaining website listings, ensuring content is accurate, timely and engaging
- Building, scheduling and coordinating email marketing campaigns
- Working closely with internal digital, data and design teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Capturing content and contributing fresh creative ideas to campaign activity
We’re looking for a commercially minded marketer with around 18 months to 2 years’ experience within a consumer-focused marketing role. You’ll ideally have:
- Experience working across multiple marketing channels
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and develop
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
Experience within events, exhibitions, attractions, entertainment or family-focused marketing would be highly advantageous, although not essential.
