We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded
Director of Marketing (Consumer) to lead the marketing strategy for a diverse portfolio of consumer attractions, live experiences, exhibitions and visitor destinations.

The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering the consumer marketing strategy across a varied portfolio of attractions and experiences.
Working across both established and emerging propositions, you'll use customer insight, market trends and commercial data to identify growth opportunities, increase visitor numbers and maximise revenue.
You'll lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, content, partnerships and brand, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable results while creating exceptional customer experiences.
As a senior leader, you'll work closely with commercial, digital, PR, operations and customer insight teams, as well as external partners, to ensure marketing supports wider business objectives.
You'll also be responsible for developing and inspiring a high-performing marketing team, creating an environment where creativity, collaboration and commercial thinking thrive.
About You
You'll be an experienced consumer marketing leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for creating engaging customer experiences.
You'll ideally bring experience from sectors such as leisure, entertainment, visitor attractions, tourism, live events, retail destinations or hospitality, and you'll be able to demonstrate:
- A track record of delivering integrated campaigns that drive visitor growth and commercial performance.
- Strong experience of CRM, customer insight, audience segmentation and data-led marketing.
- Commercial awareness, including managing substantial marketing budgets and measuring ROI.
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at every level.
- Experience developing high-performing marketing teams and building collaborative relationships across a business.
