About the role
Ever met someone who can talk brand positioning one minute and campaign performance the next… and actually enjoy both? You might just be who we’re looking for.
We’re working with a growing digital agency that’s big on ideas and outcomes. They’re on the lookout for a B2B Account Manager to help steer key client relationships and turn smart thinking into even smarter results.
This isn’t just about keeping plates spinning (although there are a few of those). It’s about getting under the skin of your clients’ businesses, spotting opportunities, and shaping strategies that genuinely move things forward.
You’ll be part strategist, part storyteller — connecting the dots between data, creativity, and commercial impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the go-to person for a portfolio of key client accounts
- Building strong, trusted relationships (the kind where clients actually listen to your advice)
- Turning business objectives into clear, actionable marketing strategies
- Working closely with creative, SEO, PPC and content teams to bring campaigns to life
- Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and introduce new ideas/services
- Keeping a close eye on performance data and using it to refine and improve
- Leading client meetings, presentations and reviews with confidence
- Keeping projects on track, on budget, and running smoothly
What they’re looking for
- Around 5+ years’ experience in account management or client strategy (agency-side would be ideal)
- Someone who’s as comfortable talking numbers as they are talking ideas
- Strong understanding of digital marketing (paid, content, analytics – the usual suspects)
- A natural relationship builder who knows how to balance client needs with agency delivery
- Organised, proactive, and good at spotting solutions before problems arise
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Teamwork (or similar) is a bonus
Why this one’s worth a look
- Competitive salary depending on experience
- Hybrid working that actually feels flexible
- 29 days holiday (including bank holidays), with options to earn and buy more
- Pension + health cash plan (for everything from dental to physio)
- Regular socials, team sessions and a genuinely supportive culture
- The chance to work with a mix of exciting brands and make a real impact
The vibe
You’ll be joining a friendly, collaborative team of marketers, creatives and tech specialists who take their work seriously… but not themselves too seriously. It’s a place where ideas are welcomed, effort is recognised, and people are trusted to get on with what they do best.
