The role:

You’ll work across a variety of accounts, managing advertising campaigns, research and strategy projects, branding and corporate identity, printed literature, exhibition design and content work. You’ll work on some mega creative projects which will enhance your own development & making the role more interesting than most. They don’t believe in micro management & you’ll take full responsibility for projects assigned to you, from managing timings and budgets, through to client liaison, briefing & invoicing.

The agency is having another incredible year – hard to imagine in the current circumstances but having won several pieces of cross-agency business, they’re in an excellent situation moving forward. They value analytical and creative thinking and recognise that an agency is a partner that adds value, not a production supplier that represents a cost saving. They want a long-term relationship, rather than chopping and changing to constantly drive down costs.

Clients are exclusively B2B, but cover more specifically the built environment, construction, utilities and engineering sectors, all of which are credible names in their respective industries.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone with a couple of years’ experience within a B2B agency who can demonstrate a passion for business to business work, and who has the savvy & confidence to be able to debate strategy with clients and to provide new and innovative ideas. You’ll have exceptional account/project management skills and be strategically minded as well as being a creative thinker with great problem-solving skills.

The agency has a degree of flexibility as to the level of account handler they take on for this role, so whilst you’ll have a minimum of 2 years experience, it could be much more.
