At this agency, they don’t believe in boring – they make brands impossible to ignore, creating campaigns that get people talking, clicking, sharing, and occasionally even shedding a happy tear. They’re now after a chaos wrangler, client whisperer & all-round good egg, who can keep the magic flowing.

You’re that rare mix of creative thinker and steady pair of hands. The type who can turn something a bit vague into a fully-fledged campaign that works. Clients love you because you listen, internal teams love you because you get stuff done, and suppliers love you because you keep it all moving without losing your cool.

In essence, you’ll keep projects moving, keep clients smiling, and the creative team from hiding under their desks. Basically, you’re the calm in the storm, but with ideas that make people sit up and listen. You’ll also be the person clients look forward to hearing from as they’re some wonderful names in the B2B & B2C space. You’ll also have a great mix of people around you, different backgrounds & interests, which is also why it has excellent levels of staff retention.

We’re after someone with a few years of agency life under their belt, who knows how to juggle projects without dropping the ball (or at least knows how to pick it up with style). You’ll understand brand, content, campaigns and comms, but more importantly, you’ll bring energy, resilience and a bit of sparkle that makes clients feel they couldn’t live without you.

In return? Alongside a salary of between £35 – £40,000, you’ll get 25 days holiday (plus your birthday off), hybrid working, a gym membership to offset the biscuit tin, a bonus scheme, and a team that makes Mondays less painful and Friday drinks more fun.

If you’re ready to join an agency that values creativity, personality and proper client relationships over endless waffle and buzzwords — we want to hear from you. Send us your CV, a quick hello, whatever floats your boat that sums up your vibe. Surprise us.
