Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our small, friendly team in Burnham-on-Sea who can provide outstanding customer service to our landlords and tenants. Your role will be to act as a liaison between our clients and to ensure a smooth and successful process for all parties.

Requirements:

• You must be able to work independently but also be a team player.
• Honesty and integrity are a must as well as being able to keep calm under pressure. There are situations which can be challenging to deal with in this role so it is essential that you are resilient and able to problem-solve.
• Customer focussed and able to use your own initiative
• Pride yourself in your attention to detail and \”going the extra mile\” to ensure timeframes and deadlines are met.
• Be willing to undertake CPD and undertake training/study in order to achieve the benchmark qualifications of the industry.
• Working hours 9am to -5:30pm 3 days a weeks and every other Saturday 9am to 4pm.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £16,800.00 per year

Expected hours: 25.75 per week
