Are you an experienced senior care professional looking for that next step in care, with the guidance of a supportive management team?
We work on behalf of a new luxury care home, providing the most beautiful high-quality environment for its residents to live in. We offer a truly fresh and inspirational approach to residential, nursing and support care.
As a Team Leader you will have excellent communication and organisation skills and have the experience and confidence to successfully lead others by example with the ability to deal with situations with a high level of professionalism. With a minimum of level 3 in Health & Social Care, you will also have previous experience in giving medication, and working as a senior in a care home environment.
Our Team Leaders are essential for creating a strong foundation for us to develop a professional, safe and comfortable home for our residents by delivering the highest quality person centred care.
Some of your duties will include:
- Mentoring our senior carers and carers, including supervisions and probations and leading the shift
- Creating person centred care plans ensuring the needs of our residents are met
- Be responsible for medication management.
