We’re working with a new luxury care home, providing the most beautiful high-quality environment for its residents to live in. They offer a truly fresh and inspirational approach to residential, nursing and support care.

As a Nursing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the nurses and care team to ensure the wellbeing of our residents. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills and have the experience and confidence to successfully lead others by example with the ability to deal with situations with a high level of professionalism. With a minimum of level 3 in Health & Social Care and or working towards your NMC PIN, you will have previous experience in giving medication and working as a senior in a care home environment. You will be essential for creating a strong foundation for us to develop a professional, safe and comfortable home for our residents by delivering the highest quality person-centred care.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care in line with individual care plans.
  • Creating person-centred care plans ensuring the needs of our residents are met.
  • Monitor residents’ health, recognising changes and escalating concerns to Registered Nurses or senior staff.
  • Be responsible for medication management.
