Farm Worker - Armagh, Northern Ireland Location: Northern Ireland Hours: Flexible, to be discussed Salary: Competitive based on experience Tier 2 Sponsorship is available with this role! Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Worker to join our team on a busy mixed farm in Northern Ireland. The farm is home to dairy cows (milked via 4 robotic systems), pigs, and beef cattle. Key Responsibilities Daily care of livestock, including feeding calves through to larger stock Carrying out animal husbandry and welfare to a high standard Operating farm machinery: tractors, bedding machine, slurry equipment, silage and crop machinery Routine tasks such as scraping out, cleaning sheds, and maintaining hygiene Checking stock regularly and reporting issues promptly Maintaining strict Health & Safety standards at all times Working flexibly as part of a team and using initiative when required Requirements UK driving licence (essential) Proven farm experience with cattle and/or pigs Good knowledge of livestock handling and welfare Ability to communicate clearly with good oral and written English A team player with a strong work ethic and flexibility for varied hours What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Varied, hands-on role within a progressive farming environment Opportunity to work with modern robotic milking systems Supportive team with an emphasis on safety and animal welfare If you\'re motivated, reliable, and passionate about farming, we\'d love to hear from you!
