We have an exciting opportunity for a Fresh and Retail Standards Coach within our Blakemore Retail division to cover our SPAR stores in the Midlands Area.

A day in the life of… As a Fresh & Retail Standards Coach, you will support store teams and Regional Operations Managers in maintaining excellence across Fresh & Retail operations. Your role focuses on coaching, auditing, and ensuring compliance with food safety, health & safety, and trading standards. You will drive operational improvements, support franchise compliance (Greggs & Subway), and help embed key retail principles—Brilliant Basics, Moments of Wow, Food for Later, and Food for Now—to enhance customer experience and business performance.
