Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a SPAR Customer Team Member at Quay Road. As a Customer Team Member, you will support our store management team and create a positive customer experience. Your role includes assisting with sales, stock management, and delivering excellent customer service through our core principles: ‘Brilliant Basics, Moments of Wow, Food for later and Food for now!’
Key Tasks/Responsibilities
- Customer Service:
- Greeting customers warmly.
- Answering inquiries and helping customers find products.
- Processing transactions efficiently and maintaining friendly service.
- Upselling products and promoting offers.
- Store Operations:
- Checking deliveries, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness.
- Rotating stock and managing expiration dates.
- Completing assigned tasks like price changes and promotional displays.
- Following all company policies and procedures.
