We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Property Administrator to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards for our customers. The ideal candidate will be friendly, proactive, and confident working independently, with the ability to use their initiative and raise concerns appropriately when needed.
The key purpose of this role is to provide timely and efficient administration support to the Estates and Property Development Teams.
Some Key Accountabilities:
- Producing store acquisition GIS reports via our online system as required.
- Production of internal store packs for the Transaction Manager.
- Assist the Project Manager with the production of trading agreements, membership agreements and equipment leasing agreements for Blakemore Trade Partners.
- Assist with the day to day management of the residential property portfolio (including flat maintenance, credit checks and maintaining an accurate log of incoming residential rent payments).
- Arranging energy performance certificates, gas check and electrical tests when necessary.
- Dealing with adhoc residential maintenance issues from tenants.
- Diary Management for the Property Director.
- Produce board packs in a timely manner each period.
- Ensuring completion files have the correct documentation in readiness for audits.
- Maintain the Property Estateman system and ensure it is up to date with lease information.
- Typing internal memos and letters and general administration duties.
- Arranging property inspections.
- Maintain accurate log of vacant property/vehicle keys.
Key Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Driving License (preferred).
- Previous administration experience (required).
- Competent in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook (required).
- Diary management experience (desirable).
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Good standard of Numeracy.
- Good standard of IT Literacy.
- Good organisational Skills.
