We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Customer Service Executive to join our Clientrs busy Customer Services team.

This is a varied role that combines customer service with administrative support, ensuring that customers receive an excellent experience from enquiry through to order completion. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone and email.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, resolving issues professionally.
• Liaise with internal departments including Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing and Accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and databases.
• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely & professional manner.
• Monitor customer orders and provide updates on delivery schedules.
• Handle returns, credits and customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled in line with company procedures and service standards.
