MITSU is a restaurant born from the collision of East London’s vibrance and creativity with East Tokyo’s neighborhood izakayas. MITSU cuisine blends the authentic Japanese craft of Robata fire and razor-sharp technique with the energy and attitude of Shoreditch - all designed to be enjoyed together.
The izakaya bar brings high energy with crafted cocktails and daily vinyl and DJ sets to toast the night with flowing sake and mizuwari tankards. THE ROLE
As a Reception Manager, you will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home as the first and last point of contact. This position is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover.
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Manage the reception team.
- Assist guests with arrival/departure as well as any other aspects of the guest journey.
- Keeping up to date with internal events, restaurant information, and hotel product knowledge.
- Deliver authentic and personalised care to our guests, straight from your heart.
- Work in synergy with other departments across the hotel – we’re stronger together.
- Handle/relay any guest feedback and do not be afraid to be empowered as a problem-solver.
