Aethos is seeking a UK-based Customer Journey & CRM Manager on a fixed-term maternity cover to lead guest communications across our hotels and clubs. You will manage end-to-end communications, ensure timely, brand-aligned messages and optimise lifecycle flows from pre-arrival to post-stay engagement.
The role combines CRM and lifecycle marketing with copywriting and creative tasks, owning newsletters, automated workflows, data quality, segmentation, and cross-team collaboration with local hotels.
