THE ROLE
As a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for wowing our guests and making them feel at home in our Aethos bar and Restaurant.
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to
- Ensuring cleaning schedules are maintained at all time
- Be able to work efficiently and accurately within a high pressure, high volume kitchen
- Collaborate with the Lead Kitchen Porter and Back of House Manager
- Comply with all company and unit policies with regards to Health & Safety, Food safety, Allergens, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH
ABOUT YOU
- Ideally you would have previous experience gained in a similar ‘Lifestyle’ boutique hotel or destination fine dining restaurant
- A genuine passion and a creative flair
- An eye for detail and an understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service
