THE ROLE

As a Host you will be responsible for greeting all guests who walk into the restaurant, providing a great first impression

Your tasks will include but will not be limited to

  • Provide exceptional quality service to guests in a quick and efficient manner in line with hotel and brand standards
  • Be naturally welcoming and engaging, and comfortable in your ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressure
  • Greet guests and create an exceptional and memorable experience
  • Anticipate guest’s needs and provide them with a personalised, crafted experience

ABOUT YOU

  • Ideally you would have previous hospitality experience with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar ‘Lifestyle’ boutique hotel, destination fine dining restaurant or cocktail lounge/bar
  • Have an open and approachable manner and thrive on interacting with people
  • Have great communication skills, a sense of humour and a welcoming smile
  • An understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service
  • An eye for detail and be immaculately presented
