Tl:dr; We’re looking for a confident, self-starting, content rockstar to generate design & copy for CRM, social media, paid campaigns, and other marketing channels. You’ll work quickly to create fun, engaging content – spanning design, social channels, and email marketing. We give you the tools, you bring your own spice to help us bring this brand to life!
Aethos Hotel Group is looking for a detail-oriented and self-starting content coordinator to deliver creative design and copy assets across Aethos Club marketing channels. This is a remote role (with some travel required) and reports into our membership team. If located in a city where we have an office, the role is hybrid (3X a week in office). This role is ideally based in London, Lisbon or Madrid (but not a hard requirement).
What is Aethos? Aethos is an experiential, design led hotel group for the curious with hotels in Portugal (Ericeira), Italy (Saragano, Sardinia, Monterosa, Milan), France (Corsica), and many more on the way.
Aethos Club is the membership arm of Aethos Hotels, and while it has already been running for some time, there have recently been changes to re-energise Aethos Club, and to make it more global. You will be joining a new team put in place to take the club to the next level.
We are growing fast, with Members Club space launches coming up in: Portugal (Lisbon), UK (East London, Somerset Country House), Spain (Madrid, Mallorca), and the Americas (Caribbean, Mexico City).

OBJECTIVES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the voice of Aethos Club , with the ability to zoom out to think strategically on the brand’s verbal tone of voice while zooming in to execute that tone of voice to the highest standard. You will also be instrumental in reviewing & copy-editing others’ work to ensure it’s in alignment.
- Develop creative assets to help bring marketing campaigns to life across CRM, Instagram, paid ads, and other channels. You will think creatively to drive conversion (membership applications, event attendance, etc) on a campaign-specific basis. You make this happen by creating compelling design assets and writing engaging copy.
- Help the team meet their ambitious growth targets by defining and refining the verbal & visual language that will attract new applicants via paid Instagram ads, and be heavily involved in the process of testing & optimising these campaigns. You will be constantly levelling up our tone of voice.
- Balance multiple projects and workstreams in a clear and organised fashion, and prioritise effectively to ensure you are always driving the most value possible to the greater business.
YOU HAVE:
- A proven background in creating design assets using a modern design tool (e.g., Canva or Figma), both from scratch and working from existing photo assets.
- A way with words, and the ability to create short form copy across all marketing channels with clear calls to action (and you love to proofread 😉 Ideally, you have proven experience writing copy for channels beyond Instagram.
- Proven experience working with video & gifs.
- A collaborative approach, working closely with colleagues from ideation to execution.
- An executional mindset, and can work quickly to bring ideas to life.
