As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home in our Aethos bar and restaurant. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

  • Setting up the kitchen prior to a restaurant's opening
  • Preparing the pastry kitchen station
  • Cleaning the kitchen before the restaurant closes
  • Cleaning and sanitising your area with warm water and soap
  • Wrapping unused items and storing them in proper areas at the end of a shift
  • Plating food creatively and maximising customer enjoyment

Ideally, you would have previous experience gained in a similar lifestyle boutique hotel or destination fine dining restaurant, a genuine passion and a creative flair, an eye for detail, and an understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service.
