The Role:
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Ensuring guest rooms are prepared in line with hotel and brand standards.
- Reporting anything that could impact the guest experience.
- Learning your guests' likes and dislikes to personalise their experience.
- Providing genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests.
About You:
Ideally, you would have previous experience with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar ‘Lifestyle’ boutique hotel, destination fine dining restaurant or cocktail lounge/bar. You should have an open and approachable manner, great communication skills and thrive on interacting with people. A fantastic team player with an eye for detail and an understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service.
