An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the MITSU family as a Commis Waiter for the launch of one of Shoreditch’s most anticipated new restaurants. MITSU is where East London meets East Tokyo, a vibrant dining concept blending Robata fire cooking, Japanese technique, and the energy of Shoreditch. From laid-back lunches to late-night revelry, MITSU promises a high-energy, memorable experience for every guest.
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and service-focused Commis Waiters to support the front-of-house team in delivering seamless service and exceptional hospitality.
What You'll Be Doing:- Assisting waiters in serving food and drinks to guests
- Setting up and clearing tables efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining floor
- Supporting guest needs during service, including refills and clearing plates
- Helping with opening and closing duties
- Learning and developing knowledge of the menu, drinks, and MITSU standards
- Previous hospitality experience helpful but not essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and team spirit
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences
