About the Role:
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing expert clinical care services, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and wellbeing. Collaborating with Aetheria Group, we leverage existing NHS facilities to deliver services in a safe, regulated, and patient-focused environment, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Specialist ENT Care: Provide expert nursing support in company run general ENT clinics (adults) and paediatric ENT services, as well as dizziness (vestibular) clinics.
✔️ Patient-Centred Care: Support and manage patient assessments, consultations, and follow-up care.
✔️ Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside NHS teams and Aetheria Group healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
✔️ Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to company Check Standards, Safeguarding Policies, and UK HR best practices, ensuring a safe and inclusive working environment.
✔️ Weekend Clinics: Availability to support our weekend outpatient clinics to help reduce backlogs.
