About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager who’s hungry to build, sharp enough to work on deeply technical products, and driven by outcomes.
Aether is catching fire, We have growing traction, over 100 new customers in the last 6 months, and expanding product lines across solar, roofing, and home services. As we scale fast, we need someone who can help us ride this wave, turn momentum into systems, and bring high-quality features to life at speed.
You’ll work directly with the CTO and founders to translate vision into product plans, coordinate with engineering and design, and ensure we’re building the right things the right way. You’ll own a lot, stretch across teams, and have real impact from day one.
We move fast, iterate constantly, and hold a high bar, from UX polish to backend logic. This is not a PM role with pre-defined playbooks or layers of stakeholders. It’s a startup in full acceleration mode.
What to Expect
This is not a cushy 9-to-5. Aether is a YC-backed, high-standards startup, and we operate with the intensity, urgency, and ambition that come with it.
You’ll be moving fast, wearing multiple hats, and solving real problems that don’t come with easy answers. Most weeks will demand 50–60 hours of focused, thoughtful work, and the pace will challenge you.
If you're looking to coast, clock in and out, or hide behind process, this isn’t it. But if you want to build meaningful products, take full ownership, and grow faster than you ever have before, you’ll thrive here.

Talk to users and partners to uncover product needs and opportunities
-
Run the product feedback loop: from pain → idea → spec → release → adoption

Maintain product docs, Notion boards, and team communications
-
Drive continuous improvement in how we ship (without over-processing it)
Who You Are
-
You take ownership and follow through
-
You think in systems and care about details
-
You’re deeply curious, fast-learning, and proactive
-
You can zoom in on UX or zoom out to roadmap

You write clearly and structure your thinking
-
You don’t wait to be told what to do — you drive
