We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our client’s dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle project implementation and coordination at site
- Manage site operations and guide a team of construction workers
- Supervise and coordinate with suppliers/sub-contractors to ensure timely deliverables
- Assist Project Engineer/Manager with project schedule, progress and safety practice monitoring and ensure compliance
- Carry out service, maintenance and repair work for equipment used at project site, including overhead crane, gantry crane and hoisting crane
- Host daily toolbox meetings and convey clear instructions
- Conduct inspections on work quality & safety and address problems if any
- Other ad-hoc works assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holders in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering field
- Preferably 3 years’ relevant working experience in similar industry
- Able to work with all levels of workforce
- Self-motivated and team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits Packages:
- Monthly Basic salary ranges from S$2.5k to S$3.8k
- Annual Leaves, Medical Leaves are as per Singapore’s statutory laws
