About the Role
Are you a natural communicator with a passion for beauty and wellness industry? Our client is looking for driven, customer-focused individuals to join our expanding team in Novena.
In this role, you won't just be selling services, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through personalized skin, face, and body care journeys backed by our resident doctors' professional expertise.
What You Will Do
- Conduct professional skincare and body consultations to understand client goals.
- Recommend customized treatment plans and premium products aligned with expert medical advice.
- Build long-term client relationships to ensure exceptional retention and satisfaction.
- Master a comprehensive portfolio of advanced aesthetic face, body, and skin treatments.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve and exceed monthly performance targets.

- Compensation: Basic $2,000 - $3,000 + High Commission (Total potential earnings: $10,000 - $15,000 / month)

- Background: Previous experience in beauty, aesthetics, luxury retail, or sales-driven customer service is a strong advantage, but positive attitude and drive matter most—comprehensive training is provided!
