- Senior/ Assistant Manager
- Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior/ Assistant Manager, Marketing & Outreach to join our client’s dynamic and mission-driven organisation.
This role plays a key part in strengthening brand visibility and community engagement through strategic events, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
Working closely with clinical teams and internal stakeholders, the successful candidate will support the Senior Manager in executing integrated marketing and branding strategies that enhance organizational reputation and community impact.
Key Responsibilities
- The incumbent will be responsible mainly for managing the institute’s Digital Platforms (social media, website and intranet), regularly planning and creating content, monitoring performance and online sentiment, improving Search Engine Optimization (SEO), user experience and tracking data analytics to improve content and reach.
- The role will also provide Internal Communications & Collateral support, conceptualizing and designing communication materials such as posters, EDMs and supporting the broader communications team with events and campaigns, as assigned.
• For this the incumbent needs to do the following
- Plan, organize, and manage marketing, outreach, and engagement initiatives, including:
- Corporate branding events, Community engagement programmes, Fundraising initiatives, etc.
- Collaborate with clinical teams and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and messaging.
- Support the development and execution of marketing and branding strategies to enhance brand awareness and public engagement.
- Conduct industry and market research to identify strategic partnerships, collaborations, and event opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end event execution, ensuring delivery within approved scope, timelines, and budgets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, healthcare professionals, partners, and the wider community.
- Monitor and evaluate event outcomes and outreach effectiveness, providing post-event reports and insights.
- Represent the organisation professionally at events and public engagements.
Requirements
- Recognized degree with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience in events management, marketing, community outreach, or a related field.
- Prior experience in public sector and/or healthcare organisations will be highly advantageous.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proven organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering successful events and marketing initiatives within defined timelines and budgets.
Independent, resourceful, and adaptable, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent command of English language (spoken and written). Proficiency in a second language is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in website management and social media; conversant with traditional communication tools.
- Good organizational skills and able to plan and coordinate projects independently.
- Problem-solver and able to handle multiple projects at any given time.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholders’ management abilities.
