This is a remote (with occasional on-site involvement) volunteer role for a Podcast Content & Production Executive (Junior), with a potential pathway into a paid position based on performance, consistency, and output.

Working Framework
  • Support podcast recording sessions (including basic filming and behind-the-scenes content)
  • Assist with setup, organisation, and smooth running of recordings
  • Turn podcast episodes into short-form content (Reels, Shorts, clips)
  • Identify interesting moments and extract engaging highlights
  • Edit videos using simple tools (e.g., CapCut or similar)
  • Write captions and hooks for social media
  • Post and manage content across platforms
