Your Role Will Include:

  • Performing dermatology-grade and anti-ageing facials tailored to complex skin needs.
  • Delivering (or learning to deliver) high-level treatments: microneedling, PRP, peels, lasers, cryostimulation, and more.
  • Advising clients on cosmeceutical skincare regimes.
  • Supporting our dermatologists in clinic and helping maintain CQC excellence.
  • Maintaining a polished treatment environment and five-star client care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (minimum), CIDESCO is a benefit.
  • Polished, articulate, and confident – with excellent English and customer service.
  • A team player with initiative, precision, and a can-do energy.
  • Experience in extractions or willingness to train.
  • You do not need prior Medical Aesthetician experience – you will be fully trained.

  • Starting salary up to: £32,000, depending on experience + performance-based commission (£10K+ realistic OTE).
  • Full-time, permanent contract (4 days per week- with 3 days off!).
