The business caters for a high-profile clientele and as such are looking for someone well-presented with experience and love of cosmetic surgery/aesthetic treatments and customer services. The role of the Senior Receptionist is to work supportively with the team. To co-ordinate the patient welcome and their departure: processing billing and ensuring seamless efficiency, providing an excellent in-clinic patient experience. This is a rewarding role for an individual who enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced setting and who understands the high standards and requirements of the receptionist role in a busy private, consultant-led clinic. Being proactive is a key trait for this role; with the ability to act decisively and intuitively; ensuring the needs of the patient and their personalised care is prioritised.

- Receptionist experience in a busy private medical/aesthetic/clinical setting
- Experience working with consultants and healthcare professionals
- A team player with the ability to deliver their roles and responsibilities in a calm and efficient manner while working in a busy environment
- Excellent relationship builder – ability to create strong working relationships across different departments and consultants
- Experience of working in a similar high-end environment, delivering exceptional levels of service, professionalism and discretion
