A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a high-end, doctor-led aesthetic clinic in West London as Clinic Manager — leading all aspects of performance across sales processes, operations, team management, service delivery, financial oversight, and compliance.
This is a well-established yet growing business offering advanced aesthetic treatments in a luxury environment. The role requires a commercially sharp, people-focused leader who can maintain five-star standards while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Take full ownership of clinic performance across sales, operations, service delivery, people, and compliance.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Front of House and clinical teams to meet and exceed KPIs - converting enquiries to bookings.
- Lead team of therapists to meet consultation conversions and sales targets.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Oversee clinic workflows, stock management, and treatment journey optimisation.
- Monitor performance, analyse key financials, and create actionable business plans.
- Ensure full CQC compliance and uphold clinical governance standards.
- Support the delivery of exceptional patient experiences across the full client journey.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in clinic management within an aesthetics, ideally for a high-profile doctor led clinic.
- Proven success in achieving sales and operational KPIs.
- Strong people manager — able to lead, motivate, and performance manage a team.
- Commercially astute with excellent reporting and business insight skills.
- Hands-on, organised, and proactive — comfortable working autonomously.
- Experience with CQC compliance and clinical governance essential.
- Excellent IT skills (Excel, MS Office, Outlook); knowledge of clinic booking/CRM systems preferred.
- Salary £50,000–£60,000 per annum.
