Prestigious, rapidly growing private plastic surgery and non-surgical clinic are seeking an experienced Patient Coordinator to liaise with clients throughout the patient journey, ensuring a five-star experience at all times, maximising sales opportunities. Please note the role is a sales role and will require previous experience from a sales-focused B-2-C role within the aesthetic industry, advising on and booking in a range of non-surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing the patient journey from enquiry to follow ups.
- Advising patients on non-surgical procedures and answering queries (essential for this role is a good understanding and passion for the aesthetics industry).
- Liaising with practitioners, creating successful relationships.
- Ensuring five-star customer services are provided throughout the customer journey - from initial contact to consultation to follow up.
- Building positive relationships with patients and consultants acting as the liaison.
- Lead conversions and client retention, building long lasting relationships with a loyal customer base.
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Administrative duties in relation to sales - relevant paperwork, bookings etc. and sharing this with teams.
- Clear communication across teams, ensuring relevant information communicated.
- Meeting sales targets on a monthly basis, this role requires a sales-driven individual.
- Resolving Client issues raised.
- Follow up calls, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times, communicating any issues with Management immediately when they arise.
- You will be passionate about the aesthetics industry and premium client care.
- Successful sales experience, working in high-volume, high-quality cosmetic and aesthetic environments.
- Experience and knowledge of leading industry treatments.
- Excellent lead conversion skills; administrating bookings with precision, ensuring gold standard client care and a smooth treatment journey.
- Experience handling high volume administration; working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
